K&L Gates Acts for VISA Global Logistics Owners in Mondiale VGL Merger
22 April 2021Sydney – K&L Gates acted for the shareholders of VISA Global Logistics, a large logistics company with international operations, on the sale of their shares to New Zealand company, Milan FF Group Limited – itself the product of a recent merger between Mondiale Freight Services and Direct Capital.
Upon completion, VISA Global Logistics merged with Mondiale Freight Services, with the combined entity operating under the new business name of Mondiale VGL. Having a revenue of circa AUD $1.2 billion, Mondiale VGL will sit in the top 30 ocean freight forwarders globally.
