Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has again been ranked among law firms highly recommended by top legal decision makers, according to BTI Consulting Group’s 2021 Most Recommended Law Firms report. K&L Gates is one of 21 law firms highly recommended by respondents — in an unprompted manner — in this year’s report for their “superior client service, demonstrating a culture driven by client focus, and understanding clients’ business.”
 
The BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2021 draws solely on in-depth, telephone-based interviews as part of BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel, now in its 20th year. The report is based on the results of more than 350 phone interviews with in-house leaders at large companies with $700 million or more in revenue.

Last fall, K&L Gates was the recipient of the “Law Firm of the Year” award at The Changing Lawyer Awards – an annual program honoring firms and others in the legal industry for their willingness to embrace and drive change – in recognition of the numerous innovative client and firm solutions K&L Gates implemented in response to challenges created, in part, by the Covid-19 pandemic and other societal and industry conditions.
