K&L Gates Strengthens Australian Safety and Industrial Law Capabilities with Addition of Melbourne Partner
9 Februari 2022Melbourne – Global law firm K&L Gates continues to grow its Australian labour, employment and workplace safety team with the addition of partner Dominic Fleeton, who returns to K&L Gates’ Melbourne office from Kingston Reid.
An experienced safety and industrial relations lawyer and litigator, Fleeton works across a range of industries, including construction, to help clients achieve their goals, and is known for his ability to balance the robust pursuit and defence of claims and the management of clients’ reputational outcomes.
Best Lawyers named Fleeton their “2022 Lawyer of the Year for Occupational Health and Safety Law, Melbourne.” He has also been consistently recognised over the last few years in Best Lawyers and Doyle’s Guide.
