Mediation Training: Effective Techniques for Handling Land and Natural Wealth Conflicts

By the end of the training, participants will be able to explain why mediation is an effective method, know the detailed implementation process, and understand the key elements that support the success of the mediation process. Participants will also have the skills to design effective mediation processes, draft agreements that are acceptable to all parties, and establish monitoring plans to ensure ongoing implementation.
