Capacity Building

The successful implementation of conflict management initiatives relies heavily on systematic and efficacious capacity building support. In order to facilitate this, we have established and continue to advance a learning ecosystem for conflict management professionals, which involves organizing training sessions and promoting conflict-sensitive strategies. Our training programs are tailored to prioritize specific needs.

Generally, we offer three distinct forms of training, namely, The Land and Natural Resources Conflict Learning Hub (SPEKTRA) – CRU Indonesia, which serves as a platform for scholars, activists, the general populace, government officials, company personnel, and conflict management practitioners to acquire and exchange knowledge
