Burkina Faso: Insecurity forces closure of 13,000 schools for the upcoming school year in Central and West Africa

Over the past four years, the number of school closures due to insecurity has almost doubled, reaching more than 13,200 in eight countries. The education of 2.5 million children is endangered.
