K&L Gates Advises Megaport (USA) Inc. in Acquisition of InnovoEdge Inc.

Global law firm K&L Gates has advised Megaport (USA), Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Megaport Limited, in its acquisition of InnovoEdge Inc., an AI-powered multi-cloud and edge application orchestration company.
