A team of lawyers from the London office of global law firm K&L Gates has advised Panmure Gordon, as nominated adviser and broker to Kistos plc, on Kistos’ admission to AIM and fundraising of £31.75m. 
 
Kistos is a newly-incorporated investing company, established to create value for its investors through the acquisition and management of companies or businesses in the energy sector. Kistos will be focused initially on offshore and onshore hydrocarbon production, energy storage, infrastructure and energy generation projects.  
 
The K&L Gates team that advised Panmure Gordon was led by partner James Green, assisted by Robert Boughey, Heather McLoughlin, and Alex Woolley.
 
This transaction is the fourth AIM IPO on which lawyers from K&L Gates’ London office have advised since July 2020, raising a total of more than £140m.
