K&L Gates Expands Finance Practice With Team of Lawyers in Milan
5 April 2024Milan – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Chiara Anceschi as a partner in the Finance practice area. She joins the firm’s Milan office from DLA Piper.
Anceschi focuses her practice on the debt sector and has worked for years with banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers on lending, structured finance, debt restructuring, and distressed asset management transactions. She has extensive experience working with various stakeholders in the lending industry, and in corporate and real estate transactions by providing debt solutions to lenders, real estate funds, borrowers, and alternative debt providers.

Together with Anceschi, the following professionals join K&L Gates in Milan: Giorgio Paludetti (counsel), Carlotta Dionisi and Sofia Stefani (associates), and Elisa Massimetti (trainee). This brings the number of professionals in the Finance practice in the Milan office to 11.
